Terms and Conditions
- These policies procedures have been framed to ensure that the parent and Institute work together as a team to achieve holistic development of young learners under our collective care.
- It is parent's responsibility to ensure that the fee paid on time.
- Fees should be paid Annual/Half yearly before 7 of every Annual/Half yearly else `50/- as late fee charges will be levied (including Sunday).
- Fees once paid are non-refundable or adjusted.
- Fee can be paid by Cash/Cheque/NEFT in favor of G.H. Academy Pvt.Ltd.. Any cheque, if dishonored will incur penalty of `350/- per cheque.
- Any leave taken without prior information to the Institute, shall be considered as absence from the Institute.
- Regular Institute attendance is essential to achieve best possible learning outcomes. Hence it is advised that the student must attend Institute regularly and punctually.
- If the child reaches Institute early, it is the parent's responsibility to hand him/her over to the Institute in-charge and not leaves the child unattended.
- No parent is allowed to enter the class room without prior permission of Institute Coordinator.
- Institute is committed to provide a safe and secure environment to each child. Thus, any misbehavior or incident in Institute campus is strictly prohibited.
- Parents should participate in the regular Parent-Faculty-Meetings conducted by the Institute.
- G.H. Academy Pvt. Ltd. reserves all rights to accept/reject withdrawal of admission request in the course of the academic year.
